Good Afternoon Everyone,

What a fortnight!!!!

A huge thank you to our school community for your support and willingness to adapt to the ever changing conditions we have been subjected to and the information that has been rapidly evolving.  I am very grateful for your quick response in getting the children tested.  With so many children presenting with no symptoms, we were able to isolate everyone very quickly and limit the spread of the virus.  As our whole community has been in isolation for 14 days we know our school is safe to reopen for our students to enjoy the remaining three weeks of the school year, which we will ensure is filled with lots of fun and excitement.

I acknowledge that there will have been hardships and mental health tolls that have stemmed from this latest coronavirus quarantine.  You can rest assured we are fully aware of this and will do our very best to accommodate all students' needs.

Catholic Identity News

What a year it has been for our Sacramental students! We have decided to postpone all sacraments until next year except for our Year 4 students who will make the Sacrament of Reconciliation next Wednesday. These decisions were not made lightly but we felt it was the most practical and best way forward.
Confirmation Eucharist will be Term One 2022 for our current Year 3s, 4s and 5s. Reconciliation will be Term Three for our current Year 2s and 3s.
Thank you for all your understanding and patience. I ask that you keep our Year Four children in your prayers.

This is a very difficult time for many members of our Sacred Heart community and not just covid related.
This prayer is often a good one to say when we are finding life tough.
